Submitting a catering inquiry or booking request through our website does not constitute a confirmed booking or binding agreement. A catering engagement is only confirmed when both parties have agreed to final terms in writing and any required deposit has been received.

• All catering events require a signed agreement and deposit to secure the date
• Cancellation and refund terms will be outlined in your individual catering agreement
• Fork'D reserves the right to decline any catering request at our discretion
• Force majeure events including severe weather or circumstances beyond our control may affect service delivery

Private food truck bookings are subject to availability and require a confirmed booking agreement. The Fork'D truck schedule is subject to change based on weather, mechanical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event the truck is unable to fulfill a scheduled appearance, Fork'D will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance and arrange an alternative solution or refund as applicable.

Public truck locations posted on our website or social media are subject to change. Fork'D is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by changes to the public truck schedule.

Fork'D is not a nut-free, gluten-free, or allergen-free facility. Our food is prepared in a kitchen where common allergens including nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, shellfish, and other allergens are present. Cross-contamination is possible. Fork'D cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free of any allergen.

Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions are responsible for informing us before placing an order or confirming a catering event. Fork'D will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary needs but cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation. Fork'D is not liable for any allergic reactions or adverse food reactions.
